BANJ is dedicated to promoting the cultural and ethnic heritage of the Bangladeshi community in New Jersey. Each year, the organization organizes a range of cultural programs, seminars, and an annual picnic to celebrate Bengali heritage while strengthening communication and connections among community members. Additionally, BANJ represents the Bangladeshi community at national events, including the FOBANA (Forum of Bangladeshi Associations of North America) Conference, Nazrul Sammelon, and various cultural and literary conferences.
